Originally built in 1963 in the vibrant heart of Kypseli, this 101m² apartment has undergone a complete transformation. The renovation carefully balances respect for the building's 1970s heritage with the introduction of modern comforts, resulting in a sophisticated yet welcoming home that bridges past and present.
A defining feature of the design is the seamless visual connection between the main hall, kitchen, and living area, achieved through the integration of two built-in bookshelves with a window-like art showcase compartment. This thoughtful intervention not only enhances the spatial flow but also maximizes functionality, offering elegant display spaces for books, plants, and art pieces.
Special care was taken to preserve key elements characteristic of the 1960s era. Among them, the gypsum rosettes stand out — intricate ceiling decorations that serve as striking visual focal points in each room, reinforcing the apartment’s timeless charm and refined character.
