Originally built in 1963 in the vibrant heart of Kypseli, this 101m² apartment has undergone a complete transformation. The renovation carefully balances respect for the building's 1970s heritage with the introduction of modern comforts, resulting in a sophisticated yet welcoming home that bridges past and present.

A defining feature of the design is the seamless visual connection between the main hall, kitchen, and living area, achieved through the integration of two built-in bookshelves with a window-like art showcase compartment.
